This policy explains what information the online game Pocket Galaxy ("the game", "we") handles in the Android and iOS apps and on the website pocketgalaxy.online. The game is published by NWBN. Contact: chris96skan@gmail.com.

Pocket Galaxy is an online game, so you play with an account. You sign in with your Google account (or Apple on iOS); there are no passwords. From the sign-in we receive your email address, your name as it appears on that account and an account ID. We use them only to log you in, to keep your game linked to you and to answer you if you contact us. We do not show them to other players and we do not send you marketing. The apps and the website use the same account, so you can play the same game on both.
To run the shared galaxy we store on our servers: your commander name, planets, buildings, fleets, research, battle and spy reports, your alliance and the messages you write in the alliance chat, your in-game currencies and items, the purchases you made in the apps (see section 5) and the time you were last active.
Other players can see your commander name, level, planets, alliance and when you were last active, and members of your alliance can read the alliance chat.
Our servers are provided by Supabase (database and sign-in), which stores this data on our behalf. All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The game does not use your microphone, camera, contacts, photos or precise location.
Settings such as sound, language and screen orientation are stored only on your device. In the apps, notifications (for example "your fleet has arrived") are scheduled on your device. On the website, your browser's local storage keeps these settings and your sign-in session, so you stay signed in; signing out or clearing your browser's site data removes them.
The apps show ads through Google AdMob; the website shows ads through Google AdSense (ads for web games). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (apps) or cookies and similar technologies (website), your IP address (used to estimate an approximate location), device, browser and operating system, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Google processes this under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your choices. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown. In the apps you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ad choices; on the website, through the Google consent message or by clearing the site's cookies. On iOS you are asked whether apps may track you (App Tracking Transparency). On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings. You can manage personalised ads from Google at adssettings.google.com.
There are no purchases on the website. In the Android and iOS apps, the game offers gem packs, a one-time Starter Pack and a monthly Premium subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your card or payment details. To deliver what you bought, our server checks the purchase with the store and records which product you bought and when. You can cancel Premium at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. To use these rights, email chris96skan@gmail.com. We keep your data for as long as you have an account and delete it when you delete the account (section 8).
In the game (app or website): open Settings → Delete my account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the game: email chris96skan@gmail.com with the subject "Pocket Galaxy – Delete account" from the email address of the Google or Apple account you play with, and tell us your commander name. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted: your account (email, name and account ID), commander, planets' ownership, fleets, research, reports, alliance membership and alliance messages, currencies and items, and your purchase records. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is kept: your former planets stay in the galaxy as nameless, empty ruins with nothing that identifies you. Google Play or the App Store keep their own payment records under their own policies, and an active Premium subscription must be cancelled there. Data collected by Google AdMob and AdSense is handled under Google's policy (section 4).
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
